is mine too.
Your goal
Less is more. Less time with methodological quality is much more effective. My training and the weekly work programmed are based on the objectives and the maximum use of the hours that each one of the sportsmen has.
Insist on the technique to gain efficiency, in the water, on the bike or during the running. Improving efficiency is taking leaps and bounds towards achieving our goals.
The technology keeps us connected and provides all the information necessary to analyse your workouts daily. Sportlyzer is the training program that we use and that in its day we help to develop. You just have to register and synchronize with your heart rate monitor or GPS (Polar, Garmin or SUUNTO).
Each week, you will receive through this application all the information of the training sessions programmed, with intensities and detailed rhythms.
MEDICAL STRESS TEST
Absolutely essential before you start work. It gives us reliable data about the health of the athlete and a medical report of apt or not for the sport practice.
TRAINING ZONES
Once the medical stress test has been performed, the data are analyzed and a guide is provided to be able to train, either by %, rhythm or watts, depending on the discipline.
WEEKLY TRACKING & PLANNING
Through Sportlyzer weekly monitoring of sessions and training zones is scheduled. In the weekly communication by mail (very important) the athlete gives feedback of his training and confirms his availability of agenda to be able to schedule the training of the following week.
PERFORMANCE TEST
Performance tests will be carried out by discipline, swimming, running or cycling. It is the objective way of being able to see the progression of the athlete and the real effect of the training in a reliable way.
This test is included in the AR Performance Quota or can be made on request.
The achievement of objectives is encouraged by training, these workouts must contain the appropriate workloads and customized for each athlete and season of the season.
The performance test is a specific test of each of the disciplines (swimming, cycling, running and strength) to measure parameters such as heart rate, lactate and speed of movement and to obtain real training zones. It determines in which state the athlete is at each moment of the season and at what rhythms he must train.
